Case 1: “Do you have an idea? We will help you turn it into a working business. Example - platform B2Bids”

An owner of a regional gas station network came to us with an idea to build an online service for trading fuel and construction materials between companies. The idea was ambitious: they wanted to cover trading, logistics, document flow and even mobile apps at once. But the core of the product — trading itself — wasn’t clearly defined.

We helped focus on a trading MVP for B2Bids:
- broke the idea down and ran a proper Discovery;
- defined the core value — transparent online trading and fast matching of buyers to specific volumes;
- designed the MVP: a map with listings, a structured list of lots, trading mechanics and a role model;
- prepared a step-by-step launch plan and metrics for the first test with real clients.

Result:
The client received a clear MVP of the product’s core — the B2Bids trading platform — instead of a vague “giant system”, and saved up to 30% of the potential MVP cost thanks to Discovery. The final MVP budget ended up roughly 45% lower than initially expected, with a clear plan for test launch.

Case 2: “How to make a product better but not lose users. Example - Planners”

A client with a successful iOS scheduling app asked us for help. To scale the product and enter new markets, they needed to move from one-time purchases to a subscription model and add new functionality. At the same time, it was critical not to lose loyal users or damage the app’s rating.

We started with analysis:
- researched what existing users value and which planning scenarios they are missing;
- identified usage patterns: text notes, time-bound events, short task lists;
- assessed the risks of introducing drastic changes for the current core audience.

Based on this, we:
- designed a new block-based model (text, event, list, todo) and switched to subscriptions instead of one-time purchases;
- preserved the familiar flow for existing users and moved more radical changes into a separate Premium tier;
- agreed to test the new model on a single planner first, not across the entire portfolio.

Result:
Within a few months after the release, this planner’s revenue grew by 20%, the rating stayed at 4.7, and new App Store reviews became mostly positive. The client is now confidently rolling out the same monetization and planning model to their other apps.

Case 3: “Want to know what your client really wants?”

Our customer already had a working mobile application, but didn’t understand how and what to improve. The idea was simple — to collect feedback directly from users.

We implemented this through two tools:
- a screen where everyone could leave a wish or idea for a new functionality;
- a chatbot that not only answered frequently asked questions, but also recorded requests and problems.
